My husband is awaiting a double lung transplant and we are in need of live in nanny care when this takes place. The most difficult component is that the time is unknown to us when two lungs will become available. We do know will need someone to see the children off the bus and be home to get the off the bus, dinner served, bath time, and bedtime are met. This role will be best described as overnight care.
