Part Time Nanny For 15 Year Old Autistic Teen Focusing On Morning Routine And Self Care

I need a caregiver to help get my 15-year-old autistic son ready for school each morning. The start date is officially August 1st, but I would pay the caregiver to come on July 29th, 30th, and 31st to ensure the routine is working smoothly. The hours are 6:25 a.m. to roughly 9:00 a.m. Most care will occur in my home, but the caregiver must have their own transportation to drop J off at the school each morning at 8:50 a.m. Job responsibilities include facilitating Josh's medicine and ensuring he completes all the tasks in his morning routine ( brushing his teeth, using deodorant, getting dressed, making his bed, cleaning his room, and unloading the dishwasher as needed.)
