My husband & I are looking for a nanny that can dedicate their attention to our baby girl 2-4 days a week. I will be going back to work in May -start date is flexible. M/W/F around 3-5hrs per day with flexibility would work best for us as we figure out a schedule that works best. Looking for someone who will provide one-on-one care meeting physical, and intellectual needs. Someone that will contribute to a safe, caring, environment while we are at work. Interested in someone that speaks Spanish and English. Would love for our daughter to learn some Spanish, as my husbands family is Cuban. Its important to us that our daughter spend time outside each day weather permitting. Nanny must be flexible with start/end of day times as both parents work for same company and some days require more than others.
