Full Time Nanny - Start Date Flexible

My husband and I are looking for a nanny to come watch our 2 boys a few days a week. The schedule will change week to week as we both work in healthcare. I'm on a four week rotation so the schedule becomes easier to figure out as the days on my rotation are fairly consistent. It is also one weekend per month. It is an average of 38 hours per week and we pay a flat $700 per week (adjusted for taxes, take home is $646. 45) which is $18. 42 per hour (if we need you to stay late we will pay based on that rate). A sample day's hours is 8:30 a.m. - 8 p.m. or 7:45 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. depending on if I have to be there to open or close. The boys are 5 and 3 years old. Our 5-year-old is in school so it will be just the 3-year-old until our 5-year-old gets off the bus around 3 p.m. We also have 2 cats.
