Single Dad / Business Exec with preteen daughter looking for a dependable, detail-oriented household manager/housekeeper for a large pet-friendly home in the Gainesville/Cumming area. Responsibilities include cleaning, laundry, organizing, grocery shopping, mail and vendor management weekly, plus dinner prep/cleaning for my daughter and I about five weeknights every two weeks. Large Home with all hard-surface floors with robot vacuums and two friendly Labrador Retrievers that SHED. Only 50% of home sqft/rooms utilized regularly. Position averages 20-30 hours per week, with occasional full-time weeks when I travel(no meal prep). Ideal candidate is experienced, proactive, loves dogs, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, well-run home. Flexible daytime schedule available for the right person. Pay negotiable with experience.
