We do have Great Pyrenees and a cat so you would Need to be comfortable with pets. All 3 of my kids are autistic, the twins were born on 22 weeks, and one of them has a GTUBE, though you wouldn't really have to mess with it. Must be comfortable changing diapers as they are still in diapers. While my kids may be highly Autistic, they are very smart and well behaved. Most of your night would consist of just being in the home while they sleep. I know this seems like alot but its not as bad as it seems lol. My wife has been a stay at home mom for 10 years but due to the economy she is being forced to return to work so we really need a good babysitter for those random days our schedules collide, thanks in advance
