He will be about 2. 5-3 months old. I need someone who is going to be good at Communicating, who is responsible enough to change, feed, and deliver medications (if necessary). I also need someone who is willing to drive child to ER (10 minutes down the road) in case of emergency. Infant CPR is important. My work schedule and my husbands schedule both can fluctuate, so we need someone who is willing to be a little flexible with timing.
