I'm looking for a great nanny for 1 child. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and help keep the house organized, specifically the baby things. I am looking for someone who is a great communicator, will provide daily, age appropriate enrichment and learning for my infant, and someone I have aligned values with as the nanny will be raising the baby along with me. I am looking for someone who is knowledgeable in infant care and who will grow with the family as our baby grows and possibly as our family goes. I am looking for a full-time nanny, for 30-40 hours per week - a little flexible on the hours/days. Employment will come with 2 weeks paid vacation and guaranteed agreed upon hours. I plan to use a payroll company for payment so all applicable taxes will be held and paid appropriately.
