My son usually has breakfast around 10am, he loves fruit , he is only allowed milk and water. He is only allowed milk at nap time and water with meals and throughout the day. Every two hours he eats, so snack around 12 or upon asking, and then lunch an hour or 2 later followed by a bottle and nap, cycle repeats after nap. He loves play time and to read books, I do limit screen time to one episode of non educational program a day and educational programs when he asks throughout the day. One of his favorite things to do is throw or roll balls back and forth with you or to blow bubbles. He enjoys being outside and playing at the park or having spaces he can run freely.
