Caregiver/Nanny Needed For Loving 10 Year Old Boy With Special Needs

We are looking for a compassionate caregiver/nanny for our 10-year-old son. A is a loving, sweet boy with both intellectual and physical delays. He is able to express his needs, walk, feed himself and generally navigate his day with a guiding hand. He has limited vocabulary (50-100 words), but doesn't let that hold him back from expressing himself. He loves people and is very social and loving. He loves the outdoors and water. He is not potty-trained, so is still in diapers currently. A is able to be alone and independent in his room for periods and does not require constant hands-on care. Although helpful -we are not looking for someone with specialized skills or who has an extensive background in caring for special needs. We ARE looking for someone reliable, with a caring heart, who enjoys connecting one-on-one with a child!
