Hi! Im Laila, and I'm a stay at home momqnd my husband Trey works from home. We spend most of our days at home with our two boys our 2-year-old toddler, Xavier, and our infant, Xavion. Were a warm, family-centered home, and we follow a gentle, calm, somewhat Montessori-inspired style of parenting. I'm almost always home so you'll rarely be entirely on your own with both children Im usually here alongside you, and Trey is home too. I do experience mental health challenges, so we deeply appreciate someone who is patient, grounded, and emotionally aware. We're looking for someone who can fit into our rhythm and becomes a trusted, steady part of our family team. We need a Montessori educated helper/Nanny who can balance childcare, light household duties, and be supportive presence throughout the day. Pay based on experience
