my husband and I just found out that we are expecting twins next summer. my husband works from home, and I am in a hybrid role. we're interested in a nanny or nanny share for the two children beginning around september of 2026. currently just looking to understand rates and expectations for a nanny! we would be looking for a tuesday - thursday or monday-thursday nanny (or nanny share). responsibilities will be in the house, taking care of their needs. as mentioned, my husband and I may be around so your main responsibilities would really just be the children and things related to their care. we do have 1 dog in the home but would not be expecting any care for him.
