I'm looking for an afterschool nanny for my 7-year-old son. Must Haves: reliable car Clean driving record A ton of energy - think Camp Counselor Go-getter attitude. Creative Some athletic ability - run around, play tag, throw a ball someone who takes iniative and is not always :ooking at the parents to figure out what to do next. We are busy working parents and need someone very trustworthy, kind, patient who takes iniative. Must be comfortable motivating a kid who sometimes doesn't want to leave the house.
