Full Time Household Manager - Druid Hills Schedule: The family are highly flexible on the schedule and can offer a guaranteed schedule between 30-40 hours per week (depending on the candidate's preference) Monday-Friday. Eg. schedule could be 8am-4 p.m. or 11am-7 p.m. Compensation: $28-38ph (negotiable and DOE) with guaranteed hours. Benefits: Paid vacations, personal/sick days, federal holidays paid and off. Start Date: As soon as the right fit is found! This is a long term position and candidates will be prioritized on their desire to commit 3+ years to their next position. Ages of Children: 12yo and 14yo. Household Dynamic: This family are supportive, funny and busy! The father works full time and the children go to school full time. Their HM will assist the mother on the daily schedules, errands and generally managing the household. Ideal Candidate: This busy household is looking to hire a full time household manager who can help organize their daily lives. Their ideal HM can prioritize tasks in order of importance, easily pivot with schedule changes, and offer executive function and focus to keep the home running smoothly. Their candidate should be great at spotting where things are working well and areas that need improvement and offer guidance. The family are looking for a HM who has a sense of humor, is highly organized both physically and digitally and can manage their own daily schedule. This family will be hiring a candidate who offers management experience in the home including researching/booking vendors and watching the property for needed improvements as well as hands-on daily tasks such as tidying the home, laundry, grocery shopping and occasionally transporting the children. Pets: One large Great Pyrenees dog. Requirements: Comfortable working around a large dog. Valid driver's license. Minimum 3 years professional childcare experience. Reliable personal vehicle.
