Our kids are happy, curious, affectionate, and fun! Both parents work full-time in healthcare and will occasionally require flexibility with daily start and end times. However, we are clear and honest communicators who value your time and work-life balance as much as our own. Our ideal candidate takes initiative and is honest, punctual, patient, and communicative. Duties include morning routines, driving our daughter to and from preschool, meal preparation and cleanup, light house tidying, children's laundry, and structured activities (including outdoor time). Requirements are reliable transportation, clean driving record, nonsmoker, updated CPR certification and vaccines (Covid, flu, tdap), and at least a one-year commitment. Compensation is competitive, based on experience, and facilitated through a payroll service.
