About the job
Looking for someone to care for my infant daughter, she will be 8 months in January. We do not do screens and try to avoid the busy toys, going with more of a Montessori style of learning from simple toys, personal interactions, and the environment. Big plus if you are familiar with RIE or respectful parenting (https://blog. lovevery. com/podcast/understanding-rie-parenting/). Looking for someone who can support this and provide gentle and respectful care for her while I am at work, and periodically some additional hours as a mothers' helper when I am home. In general, I will need someone Tues 9:15-4:30, Thurs 9:15-11:45, and some Weds 2:30-4:45. I have a very sweet, friendly toy poodle, so must be okay with small dogs. I try to avoid fragrances/perfumes, my baby seems to be sensitive to strong smells.
