Nanny Needed For 1 Child

I'm looking for a great nanny for 1 child, 3 yo boy, who is autistic (ASD 1). He is a lovable stinker. This person would very much be a member of our family and would be there for regular day to day activities in concert with his in home therapists(speech and ABA). Some light housekeeping is required(think unloading dishwasher, potential sweep/vacuum/fold laundry/grab groceries/dry cleaning if needed). We'd ask for these things to be completed during nap time or when supervision isn't necessary during in home therapy sessions. Please be comfortable with pets. We have a dog named Marty McFly who is 40lbs. Low maintenance but I'm sure would love ear rubs and an occasional pat from you. We've been in daycare but coordination with his therapy etc has become really challenging. It would be easiest to do everything at home.
