We're seeking a reliable, loving, non-smoking nanny that genuinely likes taking care of kids in Winter Garden for our 4-year-old boy and 20-month-old girl. Position is 30+ hrs/week, typically 9:30-5:30 with varying days. Starting pay is $22/hr with potential increase in 3-6 months. 3+ years of experience with references required. Responsibilities include cooking meals, kids laundry, structuring activities, educational play, organizing playdates, walks and playground trips, keeping play areas tidy, tracking diapers/snacks, and family laundry (extra pay). Must bring positive energy, follow a zero-tolerance phone policy, and truly enjoy being with children. Schedule given a month in advance; occasional longer days needed. Portuguese or Spanish speakers preferred. Home language is Portuguese since one parent is Brazilian.
