Full-time Mother's Helper/nanny Needed For A 3 Year Old And Infant

We are a family with a 3. 5-year-old daughter and a baby boy arriving Feb 28. We're looking for a warm, energetic, and patient caregiver with experience caring for both toddlers and infants. This role will begin part-time (if desired) before the baby arrives, and will transition to full-time once he's here in late February/early March. (M-F, 40 hours a week). This is a mothers helper position at first. I'll be home with you while we all adjust to life with two children. As the baby gets older, I will be working from home and will continue needing full-time support with childcare. Care will mostly take place in our home, and we won't need driving or outings without a parent. Other duties may include light housekeeping such as helping with laundry and loading/unloading dishwasher. Spanish/English bilingual is a plus, but not required.
