Hello. I'm seeking someone reliable and mature to watch my 4. 5-year-old son with autism. He's currently nonspeaking but we're working with a device. He comes home around 2:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. Hours would be 2:30-5:30 Monday to Friday. He's a very fun-loving boy who loves to swim, playgrounds and hanging out. He has a lot of energy! We have a few parks in the neighborhood that he enjoys. As the warmer weather comes would love for someone to swim with him. Looking for someone responsible to eventually be in the car with him and drive to nearby splash pads and parks. Rate starts at 18/hr depending on experience. Ideally would like for someone who's had previous experience with children on the spectrum. We live in Windermere.
