We are looking for a nurturing, reliable caregiver to help with our newborn identical twin girls. Ideal candidates have experience with newborns, twins, or prematurity and are comfortable supporting a busy home. Schedule: 3 days/week, around 10am4 p.m. (flexible). Duties: Newborn care (feeding, burping, soothing, diapering), tandem care for twins, light baby-related tasks (bottles, baby laundry, tidying nursery), and helping keep a smooth routine. We value calm, patient energy, strong newborn experience, and reliability. We are kind, organized, and easygoing parents looking for someone dependable who can grow with our family.
