I'm looking for a trustworthy, kind-hearted, and energetic family assistant to help with my three children (ages 9, 7, and 5). The ideal person is organized, patient, and experienced with multiple children close in age. The main focus is the after-school/evening routine -supporting with homework, encouraging independence, and keeping things structured and calm. Each child will have about 30 minutes of one-on-one homework time, while the other two complete evening chores/routine tasks.
