We are looking for a nurturing, experienced nanny to join our family long term and grow with us. Our daughter is currently 6 weeks old, and we are hoping to have someone start when she reaches 12 weeks. Were seeking someone who is infant CPR certified, very comfortable with newborns/young infants, and confident supporting early routines. Both my husband and I work from home, and I am breastfeeding, so wed love someone who can accommodate a breastfeeding household while also helping with some bottle feeds. Light housekeeping and baby-related laundry is appreciated. Our daughters ideal day includes short wake windows, soothing interaction, tummy time, walks, and consistent naps. As she grows, wed love someone who will help her stay active, engaged, and reach developmental milestones.
