Babysitter Needed For 3 Children In Tampa

I'm looking for a great babysitter for 3 children. My husband and I have a second job and our schedule are crossing often. My kids are 10, 9 & 4. They are very self-sufficient as it is. For the days of care I will leave food already made for everyone. Just need an adult to watch them while we work. They are very chill, my son plays video games mostly, my daughter arts and crafts and on the ipad & my youngest might be the only one to who I need the most care, which is with helping him when he needs to go to the toilet, if he is hungry and thats pretty much it. Our schedules sometimes can start at 5 p.m. and end at 11 p.m. Looking for someone who might be open between those times (4-11:15pm)
