Babysitter/Nanny Needed For 3 Children In Tallahassee

I'm looking for a great babysitter for 3 children. Some light housekeeping is required. After school duties include homework help when needed. I may also need help with dinner, dishes, tidying and occasional errands. I am a divorced father and I have my kids every other week. They are a lot of fun but also a lot of work. I like to keep them off electronics and entertained by the real world to the extent possible. I also expect my babysitter to stay off her electronics as well. I own a business that keeps me very busy and my schedule is somewhat unpredictable at times. The work will be fairly regular but I need someone that can be flexible with my schedule if possible. I currently have my children every other week.
