Nanny Needed With Flexible Schedule For 2 Lively Toddler For Nurse/ Firefighter Couple.

We are looking for someone who is nurturing, doesn't mind a long day, can handle 2 very lively children, and is okay with wake windows and schedules for both children. We are a nurse and firefighter so our long days would consist of both of us at work. Our long days are 515am- 830 pm, and the short days would be 515am- 10 a.m. when mom goes back to work and dad is coming home from work. On avg about 4-5 long shifts and 3-4 short shifts per month. We have a 14-year-old dog who just needs to be let out occasionally throughout the day. We don't do corporal punishment and we use distraction techniques to discipline our children. Our older child is 3 1/2 and neurodivergent, our youngest just turned 1 and has some congential heart issues but for the most part a normal toddler.
