I have two boys that will require after school care on a rotating schedule. My husband is a firefighter in Orlando and I am a teacher at Elementary. I need someone to pick them up (you'd be more than welcome to use my bike or golf cart), and watch them until I am home around 4 p.m. Some weeks would be only W afternoon, others would be M, Th, and the other week would he T, F. M - Th shifts would be 1. 5 hours and F shifts would be 2. 5 hours. I would happily pay a weekly or monthly rate as opposed to an hourly rate so that someone was fairly compensated for keeping our flexible schedule "worth it" monetarily, for their time. My boys love to play outside, read books, play board games, have screen time (allowed in moderation), and my incoming third grader could work on homework. Thank you for considering!
