Babysitter Needed For 2 Awesome Kids, Long Term Regular Hours Needed!

We are looking to hire someone to provide care for our two daughters three times a week, usually for 4-5 hours. My goal is to get this established ASAP and carry over through the next school year if not longer. (So, this would cover the girls after school activities which is not manageable every week on my own.) That being said, I am looking for someone fun, energetic, responsible, consistent, and who is willing to help pick up kids from school, drive and pick up from actives and playdates, and help fix an easy meal here and there. One of our cars can be used for this purpose. The kids are very sweet, and we do have one dog and one cat, low maintenance and friendly. So just to be clear we are looking for about 15 hours weekly, at least for the next year. Honestly, it's a lot of driving and just hanging out; they are not needy kids.
