Need Nanny Support In South SRQ

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Sarasota. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. There is one cat in the home currently but another cat and mini Chihuahua may be on the way. My mother has been watching my now 1-year-old but she needs some extra support as the baby is getting heavier and faster. Nanny would likely work with my mom most days to tag team childcare and help with light housekeeping/meal prep. We are looking for a nanny who is kind, patient, and encourages learning through play.
