We are seeking a caring and engaged nanny to assist with our weekday mornings. We have three young boys (ages 6, 4, and 2) and need help getting them dressed, preparing breakfast, packing lunches, and driving two of them to preschool (while mom takes the oldest to elementary). Light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, tidying up) is also needed after the kids are off to school. **Additional Notes: We are a neurodiverse family with an autistic child. While mom works closely with him, experience with neurodivergent children is helpful. Were looking for someone who will actively engage with our kids, not just supervise-- building a positive, trusting relationship is key. Caregivers who take a less active approach may find it challenging to get our kids to cooperate. Must be comfortable with dogs as we have a Goldendoodle puppy.
