My husband and I are looking for a new primary nanny for our 19-month-old daughter beginning May 16th. Our current nanny is moving out of state to be with her newborn grandchild. We have a 2-year-old miniature Golden doodle who is very well trained as well. We are looking for someone with plenty of toddler experience. Must be a non-smoker and up to date with CPR/First Aid. Qualities we want in our new primary nanny: reliable, punctual, trustworthy, clean, organized, caring, and creative. Our current nanny has been with our family since our daughter was 12 weeks old and has really become a part of our family. We are looking for someone to fill those shoes. Ensuring the safety of our daughter is of the utmost importance. We are looking for someone who will engage with our daughter with developmental play throughout the day while we are gone. Being a great communicator with my husband and I throughout the day on how she is doing is critical.
