Part Time Nanny For 4 Month Old

My daughter is 4 months old and I am back to work part time (10 hours weekly) but looking to add more hours to my schedule. I need someone to watch my daughter while working & working out. I'd also like to have someone available on some weekends on the occasion my husband and I go out to dinner, etc. My daughter is on a schedule - wakes up at 8AM, naps 10-12, 2-4, and 6-7 with bedtime at 8 p.m. She sleeps through the night. She is a really chill baby when awake. We are currently working on naps in the crib, but for most naps we hold her. While holding her you can read, be on your phone, watch tv, etc.
