Nanny For 2 Year Old - Bring Your Child With You To Work

We're looking for a recurring sitter to help care for our 2-year-old son. We are open to any great fit but prefer another mom who brings their child too (ideally between age 2-4). Our last sitters brought her their kids & it was perfect for our son! They were kind, dependable, safety-minded & flexible. We hope to find someone similar to fill her role. Our son is so sweet & loves playing outside in our yard, going on walks, and inside play w/ toys. Our family values safety & empathy. Our son listens well to our sitter but is still young/learning, so, we need someone safety minded like us, especially outdoors. I am chronically ill & have frequent appointments. We need someone reliable & flexible who can do light meal prep (like making son's sandwich, etc), help w/ light housework (load/unload dishwasher, pickup toys before leaving).
