My fiancé & I are searching for a caregiver to look after our beautiful 2-year-old while we work. My fiancé commutes daily & I work 7 minutes away from home, therefore the shift hours listed are the same as my work schedule. We are a family of 3 searching for a reliable long term caregiver that will care for her as if she is your own, & someone who our daughter can form a genuine bond with & look forward to seeing. We are going to be homeschooling her, so anyone who can also teach every shift is a plus. Taking her to the park, store, the zoo or aquarium, ice cream dates etc. Someone adventurous who won't have her cooped up all day. Cooking meals & giving midday snacks. Redirecting her in a respectful manner during tantrums. Limited screen time, toy play, reading sessions, painting/coloring, etc.
