Looking For Reliable, Long Term Babysitter

Hello! We are looking for a regular, long term babysitter for our son (turns 4 this summer) up to a couple weekends each month, typically during the day. We have another baby due in September, so potentially need help on more days each month. Our schedules are busy and there is also the random short notice instance that we could use help with on weekdays. We're looking for someone with a lot of energy (our dude loves playing) and also a calm demeanor. He's very into imaginative play, painting, bike riding, music and anything with wheels. Must have experience with this age and know the art of redirection. Light meal prep for him, and helping him clean up his toys/art supplies as needed. Since we'll have a new baby, would also prefer someone without children of their own (less germs to bring over).
