Were looking for a warm, reliable, and developmentally-minded nanny to care for our 3-month-old. The ideal candidate loves fresh air, enjoys stroller walks, and is confident supporting age-appropriate milestones (tummy time, tracking, sensory play, early routines). A typical day: Our baby follows age-appropriate wake windows of 1. 5 hours and naps ranging from 20 minutes to 2 hours. Feeds occur every 23 hours. During wake windows, we prioritize gentle play, reading, songs, tummy time, and outdoor walks when weather permits. Were seeking someone who: Has experience with infants and understands developmental cues Is nurturing, intuitive, and safety-focused Communicates well and partners with parents to support healthy routines
