Hi! I'm looking for a sitter to start December 1 for my 3-year-old son and 1-year-old daughter. The schedule is Monday-Thursday from 9:30 to 3:00, and the pay is $22/hr. At home, we follow a Montessori-style routine. We keep learning light and play-based, focusing on early ABCs and numbers. We also practice simple cleanup habits, like tidying toys and play areas when they're finished. My son loves trucks, arts and crafts, coloring, and building, while my daughter is all about stuffed animals, tea parties, and story time.
