Our family is a biracial family so it's obviously important for us to have someone enter our little ones circle that is more than ok with the diversity that we bring into our home and are willing to add your own piece to our little one's circle of trusted adults. Someone that can be comfortable and confident doing her wild and fun hair when she wakes up and then later reading her books and taking her down slides and on walks to let her cut loose and run. We're looking for someone who has experience with her age and is comfortable and committed to giving us the times and days we set. We will be depending on you and you will be depending on us for those hours. We'd like someone who is comfortable to teach and work with our little one to continue making strides learning basic skills that will help translate into success down the road.
