Babysitter Needed On A Reoccurring Basis

Hi! Were looking to find a regular babysitter for our trips down to Orlando. We come anywhere from 1-2 weeks at a time. I have a 2-year-old girl who is very sweet but timid at first. I'm extremely picky about who I bring around her and want to find someone who is patient, fun, and can become part of the family in a sense. We've had a terrible experience in the past but desperately need help by someone we can trust when we come to Orlando.
