We are looking for an excellent caregiver to assist with 2 children in Orlando. Our ideal nanny has at least 3-4 years of experience and whose behavior and choices are worthy of imitation. Our highest priorities are the safety and well-being of our children and we aim to hire someone for the long term with the expectation that the candidate is able to model respect (kindness), responsibility, patience, effective communication, great listening and reflecting, curiosity, integrity, an excellent ability to empathize with small children in their broad spectrum of emotions and behaviors, and healthy boundaries. We prefer someone who has their own car, who is CPR certified, who has a college degree, and a non-smoker. Hours and days may vary (initially 4 hours/week with the expectation for more down the road) and we request background checks.
