My job consists of working one late night. A week, I need help with somebody picking him up from extended day and staying with him a couple of hours on those late nights, typically only one night a week but it can vary. There are two options I am willing to consider.. 1 is I stop extended day altogether and pay somebody a certain sum for the 5 days for weeks, and holidays and sick days or 2. I can just have somebody pick him up from extended day on my one late night a week, obviously that would be a less paying job because it is only day a week for only A Couple hours a day.
