We are two families seeking an experienced, nurturing nanny to care for our sons (both approximately 18 months old) in a nanny share arrangement. Schedule: 2 days per week: Mondays and Wednesdays Alternating locations: One home on Mondays, the other home on Wednesdays What Were Looking For: Were seeking someone who is intelligent, warm, and genuinely passionate about early childhood development. The ideal candidate will: Have significant experience caring for toddlers Be CPR and First Aid certified Have a clean driving record Be a non-smoker Embrace a Montessori-inspired approach to learning and play Engage the boys in age-appropriate activities We value open communication, reliability, and someone who will become a trusted part of our families.
