Flexible Nanny Needed For An Active One Year Old Girl

Looking for a nanny with a flexible M-F schedule for a spunky, active 1-year-old girl. We would like to find someone who is CPR certified and ideally with a nursing/ medical background, though not required for the right fit. This person should also be comfortable with dogs, as we have a 9-year-old rescue (40 Ibs) who can be initially fearful and skittish around strangers, but a total love bug once he warms up. The dog will always be gated in a separate part of the house and mine or my husband's responsibility and usually accompanies my husband to work. We would like someone to primarily come to spend time in the home with our daughter while I'm there, then eventually while I run errands or am out of the home. We would also like someone who is comfortable providing references. Look forward to meeting you!
