Looking For A Babysitter With A Flexible Schedule.

We are looking for a kind and health conscious nanny for 1 child in Mount Dora. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and is who is CPR certified. Our daughter was a preemie so cleanliness is a must. Washing hands and staying away if sick is mandatory. Im looking to go back to work once or twice a week but I typically only know my schedule a week before or sometimes week of. Looking for someone who doesn't need a ton of advance notice. I also may hire someone to just help watch her so I can clean/ cook/ run errands. We would like to establish a relationship with a caring, responsible sitter so that we can continue to hire them over the years.
