Seeking Loving, Patient Caregiver For Our 3-Year-Old Son (mainly Weekday Mornings)

We’re looking for a kind, patient caregiver for our sweet 3-year-old son, who is speech-delayed and on the autism spectrum. No autism experience is required—just an open heart and willingness to learn. He loves trucks, action figures, music, and bouncing on his trampoline. He’s learning to communicate through words, hand-leading, an AAC device, and sometimes sign language. Care is mainly needed on weekdays (Mon/Tues) while dad works and mom rests after an overnight shift (mom will be home napping part of the time). Shifts may be on Fri/Sat/Sun when other caregiver is not available. We also have two friendly corgis—one may bark but can easily be settled or stay with mom. We value honesty, patience, and someone who will love and care for our son as their own. Our weekend sitter can also cover the early early morning 445-745
