D. typically wakes up between 7 and 8 and then naps about every 3 hours. We don't have any kind of set schedule with him, but we have a routine to signal naps. We follow his cues. A lot of our day is playing in the playroom, going on walks and hanging out outside, reading, occasionally watching Miss Rachel, and eating. He loves to eat! He is getting to an age where he may start enjoying the baby swings at the park. Dad occasionally works from home. We try to do sign language with him but that's not a requirement. He's a typical 8-month-old who eats, plays, eats some more, and sleeps, typically 2 naps a day. He's very social, very sweet, and pretty chill!
