Were looking for short-term help (with potential for long-term). Our current live-in nanny injured her knee over Thanksgiving break and is unable to work for the next few weeks, so we need reliable support during her recovery. The main care is for our 10-month-old son, diaper changes, feeding, playtime, and keeping him engaged throughout the day. Light housekeeping related to the baby is appreciated (washing bottles/utensils, wiping down high-chair area, tidying toys, etc.). I work from home, so Im available throughout the day to assist when needed, and my father also comes over daily to help, which keeps the overall workload lighter. Were hoping to find someone gentle, attentive, and trustworthy who can step in right away and potentially grow into a longer-term role with our family.
