Childcare For 13 Year Old Boy (mainly) And Siblings (sometimes) After School And Weekends

Seeking part-time or full-time caregiver for our 13-year-old son (mainly) and his siblings (sometimes). Ideally could pick up from school for structured after-school activities (we'll plan these together). Little to no tutoring or academics. Some activities will be also include our 14-year-old daughter and (less frequently) our 17-year-old son. Our 13-year-old son is into sports (flag football, parkour, tennis, frisbee, soccer), music (listening, plays drums, sings), and theater. Our 14-year-old daughter is also into music (listening, sings), theater, and fashion (a style all her own). Our oldest 17-year-old son is into animals (dogs, horses), especially dog training. We have an older Golden Doodle (to the Poodle) who barks some but is generally very friendly.
