We are a premium doula agency serving families throughout South Florida. We bring calm, evidence-based care and first-class service to every stage of birth and the fourth trimester.. ***What you will do*** - Postpartum (in-home): feeding guidance (breast/formula/pumped milk), newborn care, light baby-related tasks, parental confidence coaching, emotional support, safe-sleep setup, and nightly routines. - Birth (for certified birth doulas): two prenatal touchpoints, on-call support from contract signature, continuous labor presence in hospital or home, plus a brief day-after check-in and one postpartum visit. ***Our standards (this is what "first-class" looks like)*** - Professional communication - Structured, shared calendar - Client experience - On-call & visit discipline - Safety & boundaries - Dress code - Emergency protocol ***No experience?*** We consider motivated beginners as trainees if actively enrolled in a recognized doula program and willing to complete certification.
