Responsibilities include overnight infant care (feeds, diapers, settling, and maintaining a safe sleep environment), using gentle, responsive routines and age-appropriate soothing, and tracking feeds/sleep in an app with a short morning handoff log. Must be fluent in English, have recent newborn references, hold current Infant CPR/First Aid certification, and pass a clean background check. Some light tidying related to the baby is appreciated. Familiarity with modern, responsive care approaches is essential.
